Just A Little Inspiration

Life happens, and for one reason or another we all find a reason to put something off. Like fitness. Lets face it, we all get busy! But if we don't take action to commit to getting in shape and increasing our health we are only delaying to positive outcomes of a healthier, longer, happier life. 

It all happens with a lifestyle change.

  1. Whats a Healthy lifestyle task that you dread doing and why? - For me it would have to be clean eating. And why... because I love food, and I love junk food. But I also notice the difference of how I feel when I don't consume these items.
  2. What is the best possible outcome if you complete it and the worst possible outcome if you don't? - If I dot change my eating habits my weight will drop dramatically making it easier to get to my goal and I will in general feel better and more energized. If I don't my body has a hard time processing all of the synthetic materials put into processed foods as well as a hard time making sense of how to use these for energy causing me to eat more.
  3. Ask yourself, by putting this off and I helping or hurting my situation? - I am clearly hurting my situation, making it harder for me to achieve the outcome I desire in the future. By making excuses: the kids need to be napping, I don't have enough room, I have too much stuff to get done. These are all just excuses holding me back.
