My Top 10 Clean Eats

  1. All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  2. Almond Milk
  3. Liquid Egg Whites
  4. Quinoa
  5. Wholly Guacamole
  6. Almonds
  7. Raw Carrots or Celery
  8. Fish (I love baked fish and lemon yumm!!)
  9. Stevia - for my sweetener
  10. Fage Greek Yogurt

 The main complain't I seem to have about my fitness goals is eating clean! Not really because I don't want to, but because I love my junk food (smh). I have my good days, and trust me, a full day of clean eats for me is a huge victory! Especially when you live with a chef who wants you to taste this and try that and a 4 year old that wants candy and cookies and tea parties with cake. And while I have started to acquire a list of go to favorites, I look forward to seeing what new finds I come across!
